This playbook is designed to:

•  Provide examples from higher education institutions that highlight effective practices in technology management.
•  Provide relevant links and resources to help professionals improve practices in integrated credential management.

The playbook illustrates uses of technology for developing and implementing incremental credentials. Institutional examples are identified from the Credential As You Go community using open forums, interviews, recommendations, and surveys. By effectively using technology for credentialing practices, credential providers can scale their educational offerings to better serve the needs of their learners and local workforce.
