Intermediate Implementation Stage  

Offerings:  

Colorado Mountain College actively offers stackable credentials into Health Sciences, Human Services, Education, Early Childhood Education, Fire Science, Paramedic, and Skilled Trades. 

  • We have developed a new Associate of Arts and Associate of Science Health Science pathway, that results in greater ease of matriculation into highly technical AAS degrees such as Nursing, Dental Hygiene, Radiology Technician, and Surgical Technician
  • We have developed an Integrated Media bachelor’s degree program that provides a four-year pathway from the creative and technical media fields such as photography, digital media and multi graphic design

Under development:  

  • We are redesigning our website with academic and career communities that more cleanly shows pathways with stackable credentials
  • We are revitalizing our general education to prepare all students with workforce readiness essential skills such as teamwork, critical thinking, and communication
  • We are considering an essential skills certification with general education competency alignment that is industry recognized to include potentially Credit for Prior Learning
