ABOUT

Dr. Radhika Krishnadas serves as the AVP, Program & Learning Design for Online and Continuing Education at Louisiana State University. Dr. Krishnadas leads the Program Management & Strategy, Professional & Continuing Education, and the Design & Development teams. Her interests lie in the creation of learner-centered experiences at the program and course level, based on design principles, user experience, and outcomes assessment data and supporting faculty in designing such experiences. She is actively involved in supporting creation of learner pathways from non-degree to degree offerings. To support her work, she also serves on LSU’s Institutional Assessment and Academic Policy committees.In her previous role, Dr. Krishnadas served as the Assistant Vice-President, Curriculum and Assessment at Argosy University and has over 15 years’ experience in curriculum and assessment. Dr. Krishnadas holds a terminal degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Argosy University. She has also completed the Assessment Leadership Academy through WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC).
