The College of Arts and Sciences is the largest and most diverse academic unit at Cleveland State. It has more than 4000 undergraduate and graduate students in fifteen departments, schools, and centers; 300 full time faculty and 50 staff members. The college offers 27 undergraduate majors, 12 master’s degrees, 3 doctoral degrees, and 6 4+1 degrees. It was established in 2022 as part of a CSU 2.0, a bold strategic plan which aims to not only deepen CSU engagement with Northeastern Ohio but also to broaden its impact, particularly with the future of work.
