Associate Professor who is the Accredited Provider Program Director for Continuing Education, Director of the Community Health Worker (CHW) Program and had been Associate Dean of Research. Registered nurse who is a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) with experiences that include a variety of hospital inpatient, outpatient, home health, hospice, informatics, staff development and management. At Cleveland State University she has taught in both the undergraduate and graduate programs on topics of population health, research, and diabetes. A principle investigator for four federal grants and co-principle investigator for a fifth state funded grant. Funding is focused on workforce development for CHWs.
