Emma serves as the project coordinator for the Nancy Richardson Design Center at Colorado State University. She has a Masters degree in Social Work and has worked for years in many capacities with children and their families, always striving to incorporate creative problem solving and interdisciplinary perspectives into her work. The RDC is home to CSU’s Design Thinking programs, which teach skills that foster innovation and collaborative problem solving for the betterment of our world. Within her role, Emma provides student support and advising, as well as assistance with financial operations and design thinking programming and communications.
