Carol Foust PhD LPC is Dean of the College of Health, Education and Nursing. Carol has a BS in Health Education and MS in Community Health from the University of New Mexico, MEd in Counseling from Lamar University and PhD in Health Education from Texas A&M. She has over 30 years of experience in Higher Education with numerous publications, presentations and has worked on over $4 million of grant funding.
