MARGARET KINGSPORT is Director of Innovative Family Services at the Fayetteville Free Library (Fayetteville, New York); and MSLIS Library and Information Sciences graduate of Syracuse University. For nearly 10 years, she has designed, planned, and facilitated STEAM programs (educational approach that incorporates the arts into the STEM model of science, technology, engineering, and math) for patrons of all ages. She has managed teen materials collections; provided services on reference and Fab Lab maker space desks including reference, reader’s advisory, tech training, Fab Lab equipment training, digital media equipment training, building management, and computer coding. The Library includes a state-of-the-art digital media lab and is the first makerspace in a public library in the U.S.

JILL WOHLFORD is Principal Consultant at JKW Consulting. For the past 11 years, she served as consultant and intermediary to foundations and other postsecondary partners. Her portfolio includes serving as Learning and Management Intermediary connecting key partners within the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s postsecondary strategy to advance quality and equity in designing and delivering higher education institutional transformation support; Presidential advising, faculty coaching, and strategic planning support to Bennett College; management of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisor’s Opportunity Fund; Learning and Management Intermediary on the Completion by Design Initiative; support to Lumina Foundation on its Community Partnerships for Attainment project; and support to/member of the Higher Ed Equity Network to connect learning across partners.

EVELYN GANZGLASS has served with the Corporation for a Skilled Workforce as co-director of Connecting Credentials, an initiative to make degrees, certificates, certifications, badges and other credentials easier to understand, use and interconnect. She also participated in a study of industry certifications with a focus on their role in promoting economic mobility. She has held senior positions at the Center for Law and Social Policy (CLASP); and USAID’s Global Workforce in Transition project helping developing and transitioning countries increase the relevance and responsiveness of their education and training systems to changing economic needs. For more than 20 years, she directed the National Governors Association’s Employment and Social Services Policy Studies division. She began her career at the U.S. Department of Labor and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer.

COLLEEN PAWLICKI is a career educator, writer, researcher, and editor. As the owner of Troy Street Professional Services, she provides qualitative research, copy editing, project management, and writing coaching to researchers, authors, and businesses. Before opening Troy Street, she taught high school English in Chicago Public Schools. She has also served in the Office of Special Education at the Indiana Department of Education.

ALISSA SIMON is a summer intern at the Program on Skills, Credentials & Workforce Policy at George Washington University. She is a sophomore at Brown University concentrating in International & Public Affairs. Her areas of interest include education policy, gender equity, and environmental law, as well as how policy design can advance social causes. Previously, she interned at the American Council on Education where she researched the possibilities of income-based loan repayment programs.
